theBigList.com now allows users to comment on videos or articles and also discuss and chat in the forums. if you abuse the privellage your IP will be banned from posting comments or messages. it doesn't take a rocket scientist to figure out what NOT to write.

Vincent Ferrari wanted to cancel his AOL account. I don't blame him. But when he tries to cancel his account the AOL rep won't allow him to. He argues with the rep for over 5 minutes and the rep just won't cancel the account. It's super frustrating to listen to and I'm amazed Ferrari didn't freak out on the guy... I would have lost it.
