Tens of stories above the ground hanging from cables on a small platform is not for the weak … add a little wind and you have a near disaster.


It's a miracle the men on the platform survive. If they were not receiving hazard pay before this incident, I'm sure they are now. Maybe the building owners should invest in one of the robot machines that clean tall building windows.
